RBC Creations LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the RBC Games mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

We do NOT collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, social security numbers, payment card information (this is handled directly by Google Play or Apple App Store), photos, contacts, or precise location data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
• Process and fulfill in-app purchases, including Bird Token transactions
• Display advertisements, including personalized ads based on your interests
• Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. We currently use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. These advertising partners may collect and use certain information about your device and usage to provide targeted advertising.

• Limit data collection to what is strictly necessary for the App to function
• Not share any data with third parties for advertising purposes

Game progress, settings, and Bird Token balances are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain cloud-based accounts or store your game data on our servers.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

Locally stored data (game progress, settings, Bird Tokens) remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data.

Analytics and advertising data collected by third-party services are retained according to their respective privacy policies.

9. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Opt-out of personalized advertising: Through your device settings as described in Section 4.2.
• Delete your data: By uninstalling the App from your device.
• Purchase ad-free experience: Through the in-app purchase option.

10. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion of your personal information, and opt-out of the "sale" of personal information.
