RBC Games Mobile Application

RBC Creations LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the RBC Games mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

IMPORTANT: The App is rated for "Everyone" and may be used by children. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws worldwide.

Game progress, settings, and Bird Token balances are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain cloud-based accounts or store your game data on our servers.

Locally stored data (game progress, settings, Bird Tokens) remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data.
